OWNER/ Principle INTERIOR Designer
Macy’s natural love for interior design, coupled with her family’s encouragement, developed her into a passionate little girl; a little girl with a unique love for design and detail. Growing up she leaned into those gifts. Through an interior design collegiate education degree from Oklahoma Christian University and many years of experience, her love for design has only grown and matured. Through her many years of design, she has worked for home builders and design firms, and wouldn’t trade those experiences for anything.
Her projects range from all sizes of jobs, from just a little update of décor, to home renovations, new construction, and commercial interior design spaces. All those projects ranged in design styles also from farmhouse, eclectic, French country, modern, traditional, transitional, Mid Century Modern, so many more, and a blend of all of that.
Macy’s design philosophy is to make sure to meet you where you are at with your design tastes and enhance them, not change them to meet her aesthetic preference.
SARAH GUTHRIE
lEAD DESIGNER
Sarah is a self-taught designer, who discovered her love of design by renovating and decorating her and her husband's first home as newlyweds. She began helping friends and family and took a leap of faith to turn a hobby into a career. She has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, gifted to her from her mother and father who have been self employed for the last 28 years.
Sarah is a designer for local home builders and loves the process of new construction. Getting to design and pray over a home for a future family is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. She also works with private clients on a wide range of projects, such as simple home décor to full home renovations.
Sarah’s design philosophy is that beautiful design can also be functional, and a true reflection of a family’s character.
PAIGE SEKNICKA
JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Hi! My name is Paige Seknicka, and I’m a senior at Oklahoma State University majoring in Interior Design. I’m originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, and I’ve always had a passion for creating beautiful spaces. I’m passionate about residential interior design because I love the idea of designing homes that people can love to call home.
The summer of 2025, I had the privilege of interning with Sycamore Dwelling Co and worked alongside Macy. From the beginning, Macy has been incredibly welcoming and genuinely invested in helping me grow. I chose to intern with SDC because of her openness and her commitment to teaching! She’s given me the freedom to explore, learn, and evolve as a designer.
I’m so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to see where this experience takes me as a Junior Designer for Sycamore! YAY!
HAILEY WEAVER
LEAD ORGANIZER
Hailey’s lifelong love for design and order has shaped her into a creative problem-solver with a gift for turning cluttered spaces into places of beauty and function. As a mother of three living in Edmond, she understands the need for both practicality and aesthetics in the home. From an early age, Hailey found joy in organizing and styling, and over the years that passion has grown into a natural talent for creating solutions that are as functional as they are beautiful.
Her projects range from home organization and space planning to design consultations and full transformations. She has a special eye for elevating everyday environments—whether it’s maximizing storage, refining layouts, or adding thoughtful design touches that make a space feel complete.
Hailey’s philosophy is simple: to listen closely, design intentionally, and create spaces that reflect her clients’ lives and bring them lasting peace and joy.
LAURA CUDMORE
LEAD of Seasons by sycamore
Laura was born in Texas and then was raised in Oklahoma. Since then she has married her best friend and decided to grow her family in this same state she has grown to love . She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in human development and family science. For the last 11 years of working in public schools and private schools she has learned to make small things into big memorable moments. That gifting coupled with her type A highly aware of the details self, started doing event decor on the side of teaching. The joy it brought her to be a small part in maximizing moments for memories, just continued to grow. Since stepping away from teaching she has invested as much time as possible into creating those memory moments and SEASONS is a perfect place for her to bring more and more joy to future families and events to come!
Laura specializes in creating unforgettable event decor and custom party designs for both commercial and residential clients. From elegant celebrations to large scale corporate events, she brings a creative eye, attention to detail, and passion for transforming spaces into one of a kind experiences.
